Essential Oil Perfume Blends:
My products are handmade using pure essential oils and high-quality ingredients blended with fractionated coconut oil. They are designed for people who appreciate the inherent healing intelligence of plants, flowers, bark, roots, and herbs. All recipes are original and can be used for physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I make both water-based perfume spritzers (50 ml glass bottles) and oil perfumes (10 ml amber glass bottles and rollers).

Feather Smoke Wands:
Fanning smoke from burnt plant matter is a way to cleanse a space and remove negative energy. The smoke fills and purifies the environment leaving a lovely aroma. Smoke offerings are found in many traditions and places of worship such as Buddhist temples, Native American gatherings, and Catholic churches. With healing intentions, the smoke ceremony can transform and bless a space and its inhabitants. I typically burn palo santo wood, copal, or frankincense resin before yoga and meditation classes and before and after sound healing sessions. My beautiful fans are works of art! I design and create them (including the wooden handles) with great attention to detail. All feathers are natural (wild turkey, owl, peacock, pheasant, spotted chicken, goose) and sustainably sourced, and the wood handles are wrapped in genuine, upcycled leather.

Gemstone Mala Prayer Bead Bracelets:
The term 'mala' is a Sanskrit word for “meditation garland.” Originally, mala beads were used for a special style of meditation called Japa, which means, “to recite.” Malas are used as tools to help the mind focus during meditation by counting mantras in sets of 108 repetitions. These bracelets are hand-made using gemstones (jasper, howlite, amethyst, turquoise, rose quartz, ruby zoisite, carnelian, tiger eye, sodalite, etc.) and wood beads.

Eye Pillows:
These eye pillows are perfect for daytime resting, yoga savasana, or simply withdrawing from the external world for a little while. They are handmade using a white cotton casing filled with organic flaxseeds, buckwheat hulls, and sustainably sourced flower petals (rose, lavender, mugwort, motherwort, yarrow, and partridge berry). Each eye pillow is lovingly made (by me) to offer you a beautifully crafted and smelling addition to your restful and sacred time.

Hand-Painted Cards and Bookmarks:
These beautiful cards and bookmarks are hand-painted using alcohol ink on high-quality Yupo art paper. Alcohol ink art is a timely process of layering ink over and over until luminous and complex images appear. I typically use dripping, spraying, and straw-blowing techniques (no paintbrushes).
The paintings are mounted on an ivory 5 by 7-inch card (with envelope) and the bookmarks are approximately 2 inches by 6.5 inches (with a sturdy watercolour paperback). All pieces are signed by the artist (me).
